In Ink & Paint, the overlay drawings created by Image Processor appear as 'half lines'. They have anti-aliased edges on the outside, just like the original overlay; but the inside edge is hard, with no aliasing.
These 'half lines' ensure the rendered output is correct. Do not worry that the overlay drawings appear different to other drawings - or that they are different to what you saw in the Image Processor, where they appeared as one pixel wide lines.
